It has a Rinnai water heating system and full house water softener/filtration system so you don't have to worry about that usual smell and taste of beach tap water. Also has a large stainless steel grill that runs on natural gas piped into the house. The entire 3rd floor is designed as an open kitchen/living area that is perfect for entertaining guests and utilizing the most of the panoramic gulf views from inside and both decks. The dark hand scraped bamboo floors, gourmet kitchen w/stainless appliances, large sub-zero style refrigerator and freezer, granite counter tops, full wet bar w/kegerator, dual temp wine chiller & ice maker create a comfortable yet elegant atmosphere. Not to mention the 60 inch HDTV with every satellite channel available. Other attributes of the home include: Jacuzzi tub, rain-forest shower, built in 7.1 surround sound system, Wi-fi, travertine tile, front load W/D, & flat screen TVs in bedrooms.
